Zamshed is a premium Panjabi and traditional attire brand based in Bangladesh. These terms govern your use of our website, services, and products.

2. Products & Orders

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. While we strive for accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to screen settings and handmade craftsmanship.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Online payment options will be available soon. For COD orders, full payment is due upon delivery. We may require advance payment for high-value orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 4-7 business days

Free delivery is available on orders above ৳5,000. Standard delivery charges apply for orders below this threshold.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order ID) is required

Refunds for COD orders are processed via bKash/Nagad within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or colors are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. One-time free exchange is provided; subsequent exchanges may incur a delivery charge.

7. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. Guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to images, logos, text, designs, graphics, and product listings — is the property of Zamshed and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zamshed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
